JULIA MAJCHRZAK
About Me
My name is Julia Majchrzak and I am a designer, artist, and maker passionate about creating products and brand strategies that drive positive environmental and social impact. I am a senior at Tulane University, studying Marketing, Design, and Glassblowing, and will graduate in June 2026.
I thrive in interdisciplinary environments that blend creativity with strategy, and I am eager to contribute my skills in a professional setting. My work spans textiles, glass, jewelry, and sculpture, reflecting both my versatility and dedication to material innovation. I am especially interested in opportunities that allow me to travel, learn from diverse perspectives, and continue to grow as a designer and creative thinker.
Travel
Travel has been one of my greatest teachers as a designer and artist. Experiencing different cultures—their art, textures, colors, and traditions—has given me a global perspective that continually shapes my creative process. Whether it’s the architecture of a city, the patterns in local textiles, or the way communities express themselves through fashion, I draw inspiration from each place I visit.
These influences have pushed me to think beyond boundaries, blending diverse mediums and aesthetics into my own work. Looking ahead, I aspire to keep traveling as an essential part of my career—broadening my horizons, discovering new sources of creativity, and weaving cultural stories into everything I design.
